About the City of Fairview Tennessee::

Quietly nestled in the northwest corridor of Williamson County, Fairview was incorporated in 1959. Once, just a place to stop for gas a couple miles from I-40, Fairview has become an actual bedroom community, with an estimated population approaching 8,000 and home values that rival other areas of Williamson County. With a 722-acre park and nature center, and its own police and fire departments, Fairview is a favorite of equestrian house hunters looking for acreage to enjoy their morning horseback rides.
