From Jan Duke, for About.com

If you want to have a heel kicking good time in Nashville, there is no better place than to go than downtown Nashville. We're kind of casual down here, so don't get all duded up. Just throw on your best pair of jeans and come on as we take a tour of some of Nashville's Favorite Country Music Attractions.

To get in the spirit there is no better place than the Mother Church of Country Music, The Historic Ryman. It was here in the 1950's that you could have seen stars, such as Johnny Wright and Ernest Tubb sitting out back, spinning yarns of life on the road while awaiting their turn to wow the crowds on the stage of The Grand Ole Opry.

Always make enough time, to gander down and take a quick tour through the Country Stars careers, lifestyles, and history. No where else, in the world, will you find such a collection of Country Music Memorabilia. You'll see that Webb Pierce was quite the Flamboyant one with his guitar shaped pool and that silver dollar studded Cadillac.
