This north Nashville country home, Historic Cedarwood is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and offers a beautiful look into the antebellum farm house of yesteryear.

Built in 1835 by James Yarbrough, this beautiful homestead, located at 3831 Whites Creek Pike, is an excellent example of a Tennessee Vernacular structure that once was center of a 330 acre farm and hub for political rallies and community activity. After completion of the Whites Creek Turnpike in 1844, the increasingly prominent Yarbrough family shared their home as an inn for regional travelers. Read More
