ICE! Nashville's Wonderful Winter Wonderland ICE! is an incredible holiday attraction hand-carved from nearly two million pounds of ice. ICE is held in the Gaslight Theatre located at the Gaylord Opryland® Resort & Convention Center (compare prices) in an enclosed and self-contained 20,000 square-foot refrigerated theater, the unique exhibit has become a must-see holiday event for families everywhere.
The ICE! experience (review) will give guests and visitors alike an opportunity to visit a whimsical winter wonderland of interactive environments; larger-than-life, three-dimensional ice monuments; and colorful ice sculptures - many of which are more than 25 feet in length. The Grinch's picturesque and very frozen Who-ville was added for the 2007 and 2008 season and it features a life-sized Grinch tale told in ice.
