Nashville Star 4 Contestants

USA Network
Wynonna wanted to know "what exactly is a badonkadonk?" Trace Adkins took the stage and sang his latest hit Honky Tonk Badonkadonk and let's just say the camera men had a good time focusing in on the girls shaking their badonkadonk's during the entire performance. Patti LaBelle was the guest judge for the night. After the first two contestants performed they took the stage along with Phil Vassar to help him perform a medley of a few of his hits.

Matt Mason was the first performer of the night with his rendition of Folsom Prison. Phil said he has a very devilish quality about him. I have thought all season so far he looks like Satan. Anastasia likes Matt's sense of humor and said he reminds her a lot of Waylon Jennings. Patti things Matt is cute but wasn't moved by his performance.

Casey Rivers sang Goodbye Time to which Phil replied gave him chill bumps. Patti would have given him a standing ovation and said he's a bad, bad boy. Anastasia thinks she finally saw Casey's true self and she compared him to Ronnie Dunn and Joe Nichols.

Chris Young brought out the electric guitar for his performance of Dust On The Bottle and Phil thought it was a nice change. Anastasia thinks Chris is close to bullet proof but also thinks that the stiff competition has been brought back between Chris and the others. Patti thinks Chris has got it going on & she likes it like that.

Nicole Jamrose ended the night with Bring On The Rain. It should have been bring on the ear plugs. Phil wants Nicole to stay away from the ballads and go best to what she does best and that's more up tempo, rock songs. Anastasia agreed and told Nicole this was a weak moment for her. Patti knows Nicole has a whole lot of power that wasn't released through her performance and also told her she was flat and sharp through the whole song.

Jared Ashley was the contestant this week who Two Foot Fred told to hit the bricks at the end of the show.
