Review of the Nashville Stars for Hope Benefit

From Lisa Young, for About.com

A Review of the Show

"Nashville" Stars for Hope Benefit Review featuring Nashville Star Finalists. Tonight was the Lupus foundation benefit that Marty Slayton helped organized. It was held at the Trap and the place was standing room only.

All the NS2 people were there except Stacy Michelle, Mal Rogers and Sheila Marshall. Even Brad Cotter showed up. He looked good tonight. I still want to adopt him...can I please......Gregory was the first to start.

All sang 3 songs and Greg did "Texas Time" again. This is my favorite song of hers. She sounded the best she has since she had the baby. BTW, I saw Dakota yesterday and you can't believe how big and cute he is getting. He looks just like Greg.

Next performer was Marty and she also sang 3 songs. She looked hot tonight and the guys could not keep their eyes off her. She also sang backup for most of the other contestants. She is an awesome backup singer. Her voice blends well with everyone.

Brent was the next one to take the mike. This guy is still as cute as a speckled pup. He was constantly flashing that winning smile of his. He too has been working on his vocals. He announced that he is opening for the Kettering, Ohio show on June 18. This is the first stop for the NS2 tour. After the show, he will be playing in the area and will be getting the NS2 guys up on stage there also. This promises to be a good show to go see.
