Question: Nashville Train Excursions

Jan, I found and bookmarked your site. Two of the grandchildren are absolutely nuts about trains. We did the Thomas Train last summer.

Do you know if there are any trains in the area that we could take them for a short ride or even a ride to a neighboring town where we could be picked up?

The one little grandson makes his parents go and sit in the car daily so he can watch the trains in Murfreesboro...
Thank you for any suggestion in Nashville or Murfreesboro.

They offer little train excursions throughout the year and I think about the only company left in Nashville that does this.
Update: Nashville now has a commuter train Music City Star
