LP Field is the home to the Tennessee Titans, Nashville's first NFL team. The 67,000-seat, open-air, natural-grass stadium is located on 105 acres on the east bank of the Cumberland River overlooking Downtown Nashville.
The Stadium is also host to the CMAfest Nightly Concerts as well as various other events year-round.
Groundbreaking Ceremonies for the LP Field, formally known as the Adelphia Stadium and the Nashville Stadium, were held in May of 1997. The Tennessee Oilers, now the Titans first preseason game was hosted nearly two years later, in August of 1999.
