Mike Rodgers

The Bottom Line
From the Editor:
Nothing compares to seeing a live Mike Rodgers performance, you can always count on a great show. Mike has come a long way in the last decade, from living in his car to playing a regular gig at Tootsies. We have no doubt that Mike will be hittin it "big" in the near future...He's just plain "Burnin Hot".

Guide Review - Mike Rodgers-Honkytonk Hitman
Mike Rodgers is a frequent performer on Broadway and Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. Mike is a traditional country artist with an added touch of a modern flair yet he doesn’t lose the country roots sound.
I really enjoyed “Honkytonk Hitman”. It was produced very well and Mike's songs were well-chosen (he wrote all but 3) and offered a diversity of styles. It has all the makings of the traditional country cd. It sings of drinking, prison, loving and leaving.
There is a duet, “Sweet Country Lovin” with Stacy Allen that is very good. Among the best of the tracks are “Honkytonk Hitman”, and "What Am I To You”.
