Mansion at Fontanel
The Mansion at Fontanel, originally built in 1988, was once the home to the home Barbara Mandrell. It is a 27,000 square-foot home situated on over 100 acres in Whites Creek and is available for private rental.

Old Spencer Mill
The Old Spencer Mill is located in a rural setting, just west of Nashville and offers 4000 square foot rustic indoor banquet facility and chuck wagon buffet for weddings, parties, reunions, or business meetings with on site catering. Musical entertainment and hayrides are available as well as grounds for camping or scouting activities. Living history programs are also available.

Ruby
Formerly the home of the shuttered Primitive Baptist Church at 2411 Blakemore Avenue, Ruby has been thoughtfully transformed into an elegant event hall with a 30-foot, open ceiling; exposed roof trusses; and a broad expanse of windows that envelope the park views. Outside, the venue soon will be carefully landscaped to encompass the park while creating an intimate and welcoming entertainment space.

Scarritt Bennett
The Scarritt Bennett Center is an all in one conference, retreat, and educational and offers 10 tree-filled acres, a chapel, accommodations, and more all located in the heart of the Vandy area.

Smiley Hollow
Smiley Hollow offers 300 acres of rural Tennessee, located just north of Nashville, it gives a truly Southern stlye to reunions, company picnics, conventions, meetings, and trade shows. 30 family members are involved in this family run company.Their outside facilities are large enough to accomodate 6,000 people and can seat up to 1,800 in their inside facilities.
