If you've yet to attend this annual CMAfest event, you can be sure that you've been missing some of Nashville's Best Independent artists to say the least as the Honkytonk Hitman always has a great lineup of artists set to perform. 12. Jason Aldean's Concert for the Cure
Jason Aldean normally hosts this annual Benefit Concert at the Wildhorse Saloon on Friday evening with the proceeds going to benefit the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

13. Songwriters in the Round
As part of the After Hours Parties, this late (1:00 a.m.)night annual event entertains folks nightly at the Hard Rock Cafe during the CMAfest and benefits Musicians on Call whose mission is bringing live and recorded music to the bedsides of people in health-care facilities.
