CMA Music Festival Insider Tips & Trip Planning Guide to make sure your CMAfest Trip is picture perfect!

  • Book a Tour Package
If this is your first time to CMAfest, I would suggest booking a Complete Tour Package. They are easy to find and although you will pay a few dollars more, it's worth the price. They include everything you need to have a great trip and get the most from CMAfest.

  • Get Your Tickets Early
Get your tickets now because the closer it gets to CMAfest the harder and harder tickets will be to come by, although (I don't suggest it) there will be plenty of scalpers in town selling them, you need to be careful whom you get your tickets from.

  • Get a Visitors Guide
You can get one from the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau. It's Free and you will get a ton valuable info and coupons about Nashville. Make sure to get a free map too!!

  • Get Hotel Reservations - confirmed
If you arrive in Nashville without room reservations you will most likely be able to get a room, but the prices will be higher and the accommodations will not be at the best locations. Here is a list of hotels that are located in Downtown Nashville and a list of most that are in the Opryland/Music Valley area.

  • Join Fan Clubs - now
Joining the Fan Club is usually the only way you can get to attend their parties. You can join them online at your favorite stars website.

  • Get a Parking Pass
If you need a place to park, these Parking Passes are somewhat reasonable. Some are good for all four days of the CMAfest and you want to spend time having fun at CMAfest, not spending precious time trying to find a place to park and then walking endless distances to get to the action.
