Carol Fay Ellison, Loveless Cafe's famous "Biscuit Lady," was approached about a visit from the Food Network. Believing they were doing a profile story on her, she gathered her measured "secret" biscuit ingredients but soon enough she would find out that she had actually been targeted as Bobby Flay's next competitor for his Food Network "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" television show.
