December 1st
Season of Celebration
Cheekwood Mansion showcases the sights and sounds of the season as their many gardens and Museum of Art become a holiday fantasy with their lavishly decorated grounds, trees, and rooms. Exhibit Opens on November 29th through January 4th

December 2nd
BLAIR Celebrates the Holidays
The Blair School presents tons of great concerts during the holiday Season and most are free and open to the public so make sure to check their events calendar early on to see what entertainment they have in store for Nashville this year.

December 3rd
Holiday Market
Every Saturday until Christmas you can visit the Holiday Market at the Nashville Farmers Market it's offering cool-weather farm products and hand-made local crafts, locally made honey, meat, eggs, breads, and tons more.

December 4th
Christmas Tea in the Parlor
Take an afternoon break and enjoy a Christmas Tea in the Parlor of the Historic RippaVilla Plantation. This tea-party is set for December 4th through the 12th.

December 5th
- Nashville's Annual Christmas Parade
Get Ready! This year's parade continues an exciting Nashville tradition of a nighttime parade!
- Winter Wonder Slam
Total Axxess and WayFm present Toby Mac's Winter Wonder-Slam Tour featuring performances by B. Reith, Family Force 5, Relient K and Toby MAC at the Sommet Center.
- Christmas with Aaron Neville
Enjoy a Christmas Concert with Aaron Neville at Wildhorse Saloon.

December 6th
Blair Children's Holiday Concert
The Blair School of Music presents a Holiday Concert that features young violin and cello students who will perform traditional carols as well as classical works at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts.

December 7th
- Mini-Nutcracker
This Mini-Nutcracker is entitled A Family Tradition Wrapped in the Spirit of Christmas is presented by the Centennial Youth Ballet in Harpeth Hall School's Davis Auditorium the first weekend in December. (12/5-07)
- Carrie Underwood Concert
Carrie Underwood live concert tour at the Sommet Center.

December 8th
Festival of Lights at the Wilson County Fair Grounds
For 5.00 a carload, you can drive through a winter wonderland of lights and Christmas scenery. Open each Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in December.

December 9th
A Scattered, Smothered & Covered Christmas
This musical comedy, presented by the Nashville Dinner Theater depicts an unlikely mix of characters who are snowed into a Waffle House on Christmas Eve. This show runs from November 28th - December 20th so it's not too late to get tickets...yet.

December 10th
Croft House Christmas
The Nashville zoo is home to the historic Croft house which will be decorated for a traditional Victorian Christmas with the Croft families own holiday decorations. Exhibit opens the first weekend of December.

December 11th
The Nightmare Before Christmas
The Downtown Nashville library presents The Nightmare Before Christmas to celebrates the holiday season with this stop-motion animated feature.

December 12th
The Nutcracker
Nashville Ballet is presenting a spectacular all-new production of Nutcracker. This charming ballet embraces all of the time-honored traditions of this story while placing them in the 1897 Tennessee Centennial Exposition. Make sure to order your tickets early for this favorite.

December 13th
Dickens of A Christmas
The Dickens of a Christmas event on Franklin's Historic Main Street brings the joy and charm of an old-fashioned Victorian Christmas recreated from the pages of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol and other Dickens' tales. More than 200 volunteers participate in this weekend event as characters from Dickens' stories or street performers.

December 14th
- Visit the Lane Motor Museum
Bring a new, unwrapped toy worth $5 or more and you can get free admission to the Lane Motor Museum today. Toys go to the Toys for Tots Program.
- Harry Connick, Jr. Holiday Concert
A Holiday Celebration featuring Harry Connick, Jr. and His Big Band at the Ryman Auditorium.
- Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra Holiday Concert
This concert is being hosted at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts and features the Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra's Flute Ensemble.

December 15th
Belle Meade Mansion Tours
The historic Belle Meade mansion is decorated for the holidays that portrays an old-fashioned holiday. Opening on November 8th -December 31st.
