Professional Baseball Pitcher, William Van Landingham was born in Columbia on July 16th, 1970.
In 2012, Kitty Wells, the “Queen of Country Music” passed away in her Madison home after complications from a stroke. Kitty (Muriel Ellen Deason) was born in Nashville in 1919 and passed away at the age of 92.
