Nashville Star Review of Season Two - Week Six

Nashville Star Season Two Review of Southern Rock Week

By , About.com Guide

In our Nashville Star Season Two Review of week Six, five of the six remaining contestants performed a southern rock classic of their choice in the sixth week. The contestant, who received the fewest number of votes after last week's show, will be sent home at the end of the show.

Lance Miller-Ramblin' Man(Almond Brothers)

Lance came on stage singing Ramblin Man and did the song justice, but while you gave a good performance, you are still lacking a great stage presence-this will come in time, but maybe not this year. We think you said it best when you stated that maybe you even had too much Twang for Nashville. We still love your Twang!

The Judge's Views:
  • Billy-Not your greatest performance tonight.
  • Tracy-I know way down why Don Imus was taken with you, #1-he has god taste,#2 He loves country singers..you're a meet and potatoes country singer.
  • Warren Bros.- Ever since you did the song about beer and breakfast, you've been kicking a$$.

Tune in to next week's Nashville Star Series with special Guests Terri Clark and Trace Adkins. The five contestants remaining in the competition will have the opportunity to perform and one contestant will be sent home.

Editors Note:
All of the contestants on Nashville Star have worked years toward attaining their goals and should command everyone's respect and admiration. You are all talented performers and we Thank You all for sharing a bit of yourselves with your fans each week, taking the time to pose for pictures, signing autographs and chatting whenever time allows.
Good Luck to you all and may your dreams become reality.
Oh, I almost forgot-IMHO!Till Next week...
