Nashville Star - Original Songs Review

Live from Nashville Tennessee; Due to technical error in the voting, no one was eliminated this week. All eight Finalists would perform their own 'Original Songs', which I admit; some took me by surprise!

The show did a recap of the contestants performing with Montgomery Gentry honoring U S Troops at the Wildhorse Saloon. The contestants opened for Montgomery Gentry and also joined in with them for "Hell Yeah" and "My Town,"

Nashville Star opened the show by splitting up into two groups. Brad Cotter was with Jennifer, Marty, and Sheila. The other group was George, Lance, Matt and Brent. The Contestants were signing autographs and throwing out Nashville Star T Shirts to get the crowd really roaring. They even brought some of the military troops up onstage, to join in singing along. The Contestants were shown going on the air at WSIX, to promote the show.

Back to the live Nashville Star show, Nance O'dell provided an introduction for Rodney Crowell, who was the special guest of the night, afterwards he went to sit in the front with the audience. They then introduced the judges.
