2011 Music City July 4th Fireworks Spectacular: Let Freedom Sing Details

For over 20 years Nashville has celebrated Independence Day along the banks of the Cumberland River.

The Nashville Fourth of July celebration at Riverfront Park is an annual Nashville Tradition.

Nashville's Fourth of July celebration always includes a variety of musical entertainment ranging from Country Music Stars to the Nashville Symphony.

Festivities begin downtown at around noon and go on throughout the day, with the city's annual fireworks show normally beginning at around 9:30pm.

The 2011 event is part of a three day long celebration which includes a National 9/11 Flag Stitching Ceremony with Local Service Heroes & Firefighters on July 2nd as well as A Prelude to the 4th being held on July 3rd featuring a concert with Port Chuck and The Dirty Guv'Nahs.

You can also view the Downtown Fireworks at the Adventure Science Center's July Fireworks Viewing Event. Guests get prime seating, a great view of the downtown fireworks show, and even get to park for free with an event ticket purchase.
