In Tennessee, traditions that go back for generations are greatly celebrated during the holidays. Every year in Middle Tennessee, the old antebellum homes are opened up to the public in grandiose style. These wonderful old homes are decorated with the authentic holiday items from yesteryear. They showcase everything from trees to authentic holiday dress. Belle Meade Plantation- A Victorian Christmas

The Belle Meade Plantation features a Victorian Christmas. Visitors can see what Christmas was like during the 1880s. Also this years festivities will feature Thomas Nast, his work will be displayed throughout the grand mansion during most of the holiday celebrations at Belle Meade.
