Apple Festival Metro's Farmers Market Apple Festival is being held this Saturday, at 900 8th Avenue North in Nashville from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Apples will be coming in by the bushel and visitors will enjoy a day of down-home country. Activities include a live country band, farm animal petting zoo, games, and craft projects. As an added bonus this weekend the Nashville REACH 2010 Project will be also be there offering samples of the recipes from their "A Taste of Health Cookbook", and some of the cooks who contributed to this book will be on hand as well. 01:17 AM # |
