This Downtown Nashville Hotel opened a few weeks ago as a mixed-use facility which includes, so far, the Hotel Indigo, three floors of extended-stay suites named the Hotel 315 Residence, eight floors of prime office space, a two-story Starbucks, the Bistro Restaurant, Phi Bar, and a parking garage.
