It would be nice if the Christmas Parade could be held on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon instead of a Friday Night. What are these people thinking?… “Let’s try to have the parade when it is cold as possible, freeze our little children half to death and interfere with the downtown Friday Night business.” Geez

It’s too bad that people were put off by the dark and the cold. It was a good parade. My personal favorites was the police office who had decked out himself and his horse in Christmas lights, the small Shriner cars, and the Hunters Lane Marching Band – the other bands were good, but obviously cold. HLHS got the crowd cheering even at the very end. Amazing job for a group of kids.
