Nashville news: The Mayor's First Day Festival is scheduled for this Sunday in Nashville at the Gaylord Entertainment Center.
This Year's Expanded Festival offers a day family fun, educational entertainment, free school supplies and more. Also added this year, will be more outdoor activities, with live music in the park next door.
The fun begins August 15th at 2:00pm and runs until 5:00pm.
